According to international rules 1998. Plastic and fabric. 3 x 3 x 2.5 m.
Installation created for the first edition of Portes Abertas in CabaƱal, a former fishing district in Valencia that was threatened with destruction to make way for an avenue lined with luxury hotels.
Like a plague of upside-down soccer balls, it's a kind of process of subverting the rules of the game, of everything that's established as logical.
The phrase "According to international rules" was already printed on the skin of each of the balls, but when they were turned over, the text became invisible.
